In our latest convoys we had a another Convoy Control team doing CC for us (United Convoys) but we had to end our agreement with this team after our Forth year anniversary convoy as we had people complaining about them and specially after a TMP staff contacting us and letting us know that some of the CC team members broke the rules after the convoy ended, we actually were going to let it slip by and continue the relation with United convoys, but after what happened in Palestine we had a spam in our discord server with #Free_Palestine and someone didn't like it as we were hit by a message in UC discord from a senior manager in UC sending a hatful message adding to it "WE Stand with Isr.al" and removing us from the "CC scheme" (btw we have proof and everything is documented) our reply was simple: "okay we are not going to argue about this with you, good luck and have a nice day" plus leaving the server. this incident happened on October 12th 2023, as you can see we took our time to actually think about the next step so we had to made a big change in the VTC management structure to bring back the CC team starting with: General Manager role was changed to Founder Switching SiL0p from Driver manager to Convoy Control Manager. Ahmad was promoted to Driver Manager. adding a new role the Director this role was giving to Mouad, Sth_Pirate, Hero and Waldyateem and they will be working with the managers to insure a smooth experience to our drivers and community members. and with this we wanted to inform you that again the application to the CC team is open so if you are interested, have experience in this field and willing to be a part of our CC team then head over to ⁠Contact Us and open a ticket with the Convoy Control Manager and he will contact you soon.
