Introduced Division systems

In 2024, we introduced the Division System, allowing individuals to select delivery jobs based on specific cargos they prefer.

The job completion rates across various divisions such as Refrigerated, Agriculture, Hazmat, and Intermodal are highlighted, with Hazmat leading the way with 242 jobs completed.

Automated Systems

In 2024, we saw exponentially increase in AI/Automation, so we thought why we stay as old and implement automation for each departments, and in HR we introduced:

1. Automated Event Slot Booking System: The system was successfully implemented to automate the booking of event slots.
2. Automated Leave of Absence System: The system for handling LOA requests was automated, improving processing efficiency.
3. Automated Recruitment System: The recruitment process was streamlined and automated for better efficiency in handling applications.

Leave of Absence (LOA) Applications

In 2024, many staff members took LOA for personal reasons, fostering work-life balance and well-being. At Nexon, we recognize the importance of taking leave and actively encourage it.
