¿Sabes como funciona nuestro equipo de eventos?

Nuestro departamento de event team, agenda absolutamente todas las invitaciones de la comunidad internacional por todo el mundo! siempre y cuando estos sean públicos. El proceso es el siguiente:

1. Las invitaciones llegan a nuestro discord en los canales de invitaciones. Estos canales suelen seguir canales de anuncios publicos de otros discords, por lo que si tienes uno avísanos! De otra manera puedes solicitar tu rol de VTC Leader en nuestro discord(1), y así se te habilitaran los canales de invitaciones.
2. Nuestro equipo de eventos, agendara a través de nuestro bot, el convoy de su vtc, asignando la información general, y especifica para nuestros conductores.
3. En el canal de invitaciones, en su invitación, verá la reacción con el emoji , lo que quiere decir que su evento ha sido agendado correctamente, y que en tanto esperamos el día para poder asistir. Sin embargo puede suceder que hayan 2 eventos al mismo tiempo; por lo cual priorizaremos en el siguiente orden (1)Partners, (2) VTC de GAAT, (3) VTC latinoamericanas, (4) VTC Europeas y asíaticas. En caso de que su evento no se pueda agendar (lo que es muy poco probable) notara la siguiente reacción con el emoji .
4. Finalmente podra visualizar el listado completo de los eventos que asistimos y realizamos en el canal ┊calendario-convoys

Algunas consideraciones antes de invitarnos!:

• Nuestra VTC se rige por las normas de truckerMP, sin excepciones. Por lo que si vemos conductas que atentan contra la seguridad de nuestros conductores, o bien nuestros conductores la provocan, podrán ser reportados.
• Estimamos una duración promedio por evento de 1:30. Si se excede por más de dos horas, puede que nos retiremos, en el caso de que exista otro evento por delante.
• Agendaremos convoys entre las 14 UTC y las 08 UTC.
• No agendaremos convoys en donde la velocidad media sea bajo los 90 km/h [Real]

Notas: (1) Puedes solicitar el rol de líder en nuestro discord en el canal de vtc-leader. Solo se otorgará el rol si se cumplen las siguientes condiciones: (a)su vtc tiene más de 3 meses de creación, (b)su vtc tiene más de 30 conductores, (c) su vtc debe mostrar una evidente actividad en la comunidad de truckerMP, (d)deberá completar sus datos de caracterización (Link de VTC; Tu rol/rango; Link de tu perfil en truckerMP; Discord de su VTC).

Do you know how our events team works? Our event team department schedules absolutely all invitations from the international community around the world! as long as they are public. The process is the following:

1. The invitations arrive on our discord in the invitation channels. These channels often follow public announcement channels from other discords, so if you have one let us know! Otherwise you can request your VTC Leader role in our discord(1), and thus the invitation channels will be enabled.
2. Our events team will schedule your vtc convoy through our bot, assigning general and specific information to our drivers.
3. In the invitation channel, in your invitation, you will see the reaction with the emoji, which means that your event has been correctly scheduled, and that we are waiting for the day to attend. However, it can happen that there are 2 events at the same time; therefore we will prioritize in the following order (1)Partners, (2) [GAAT VTC](https://truckersmp.com /vtc/56350), (3) Latin American VTCs, (4) European and Asian VTCs. In case your event cannot be scheduled (which is very unlikely) you will notice the following reaction with the emoji .
4. Finally, you will be able to view the complete list of the events that we attend and carry out on the channel ┊calendario-convoys

Some considerations before inviting us!:

• Our VTC is governed by the rules of truckerMP, without exceptions. Therefore, if we see conduct that threatens the safety of our drivers, or our drivers provoke it, they may be reported.
• We estimate an average duration per event of 1:30. If it is exceeded by more than two hours, we may withdraw, in the event that there is another event ahead.
• We will schedule convoys between 14 UTC and 08 UTC.
• We will not schedule convoys where the average sea speed is less than 90 km/h [Real]

Notes: (1) You can apply for the role of leader in our discord in the vtc-leader channel. The role will only be granted if the following conditions are met: (a) your vtc has been created more than 3 months ago, (b) your vtc has more than 30 drivers, (c) your vtc must show an evident activity in the truckerMP community, (d) you must complete your characterization data (VTC Link; Your role/role; Link of your truckerMP profile; Discord of your VTC).
