Estimada comunidad de Los Andes y de TruckerMP en general:

Informo que he tomado la decisión de tomar un paso al costado en relación al liderazgo de Los Andes. El escribir esto ya me genera nostalgia, pero ha sido una decisión meditada y conversada con mi equipo. La razón principal, es que no me encuentro con la misma motivación a la hora de conectar a un convoy, ya que mi tiempo libre por lo demás, está enfocado en mi desarrollo personal y profesional. Antes priorizaba que ninguna actividad de mi vida personal chocara con los convoys, algo que hoy por hoy aprendí que finalmente es un juego. La administración de una empresa conlleva tiempo, alegrías y frustraciones, y muchas veces le dedique mi tiempo a la orgánica interna, en vez de dedicarme a jugar. Ya pase por todas las etapas de desarrollo de jugador en este hermoso juego, por lo que me retiro feliz. En el camino conocí a grandes personas, con grandes habilidades tanto en mi propia empresa, como en otras, donde la amistad perdura. Los Andes fue creada hace ya más de 2 años, y me llena de orgullo el reconocimiento que hay hacia esta empresa, como también el crecimiento y la capacidad de ser resiliente de la empresa, tormenta tras tormenta, aquí seguimos.

La VTC pasará a estar en manos de nuestro querido Siberian, quien ha estado a mi lado por este largo camino, y quien comienza desde una base sólida de trabajo, y de directrices claras. Siempre estaré disponible para poder orientar, y dar mis consejos tanto a él, como a todo el equipo de staff. Con esto, se generar un cambio de imagen para que Los Andes este representado por un liderazgo "activo".

Por mi parte, conectare ya de un rol de jugador y de orientador; siempre estaré disponible para poder guíar, y dar mis consejos al equipo de staff, y siempre motivando a los demás a que nos unamos a las rutas cuando corresponda.

Agradezco a todas las VTC que de un modo u otro me dieron una mano para poder construir este proyecto, como también agradecer la paciencia hacia los conductores, y el deseo último de siempre construir una sana convivencia.

Agradezco también a todos los miembros de staff que han pasado bajo mi alero, y que les ha tocado vivir la presión de otorgar calidad, y un poco el látigo de Angel. Pero como dice Siberian, a veces debe haber alguien dominante.

Debo agradecer de manera particular a quien fue CEO recientemente, Joss, quien lidero en mi ausencia en los últimos meses, y quien además mostro capacidad de trabajo y de desarrollo audiovisual. Agradecer tambien a Capote, quien ha construido en parte una imagen publica de Los Andes, y para aclarar las cosas, no, capote no ha devuelto nada de oro a las arcas de Los Andes. Por lo demás agradeceria a muchas personas, pero todos saben de sus capacidades y habilidades que han demostrado en la empresa.

Dear Los Andes community and TruckerMP in general:

I am reporting that I have made the decision to step aside from the leadership of Los Andes. Writing this already makes me nostalgic, but it has been a thoughtful decision and discussed with my team. The main reason is that I do not find myself with the same motivation to connect to a convoy, since my free time is otherwise focused on my personal and professional development. I used to prioritize that no activity in my personal life should collide with the convoys, something that I have now learned is ultimately a game. The administration of a company entails time, joys and frustrations, and many times I dedicated my time to the internal organization, instead of dedicating myself to play. I have gone through all the stages of player development in this beautiful game, so I retire happy. Along the way I met great people, with great skills both in my own company and in others, where the friendship endures. Los Andes was created more than 2 years ago, and I am very proud of the recognition that there is towards this company, as well as the growth and resilience of the company, storm after storm, here we continue.

The VTC will be in the hands of our dear Siberian, who has been by my side for this long road, and who starts from a solid base of work, and clear guidelines. I will always be available to guide and give my advice to him, as well as to all the staff team. With this, a change of image will be generated so that Los Andes will be represented by an “active” leadership.

I thank all the VTC that in one way or another gave me a hand to build this project, as well as the patience towards the drivers, and the ultimate desire to always build a healthy coexistence.

I also thank all the staff members who have passed under my wing, and who have had to live the pressure of providing quality, and a bit of Angel's whip. But as Siberian says, sometimes there must be someone dominant.

I must particularly thank the recent CEO, Joss, who led in my absence in the last few months, and who also showed a capacity for work and audiovisual development. Thanks also to Capote, who has partly built a public image of Los Andes, and to clarify things, no, Capote has not returned any gold to the coffers of Los Andes. Otherwise I would thank many people, but everyone knows their capabilities and skills that they have demonstrated in the company.
