Position: Human Resources Team Member

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Responsible, proactive, and reliable
• Familiarity with Discord and VTC systems is a plus
• Ability to effectively manage application processes
• Ability to support the hiring process for new drivers

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and evaluating new driver applications
• Supporting internal communication and team organization
• Monitoring driver satisfaction and engagement
