Nuggy

Nuggy has been rewarded driver of the month due to the high amount of mileage he has drove for Dulcis Logistics, 44,377km in the month of November. Nuggy has been a driver for Dulcis Logistics since the very start and has logged a total of 128,445km since he has joined the VTC. Not only this, Nuggy has always been an active member of the Discord. Nuggy is a great driver and we're glad to have him as a Driver.

Mashmanlh345

Mashman has been in Dulcis Logistics since the very start. Mashman initially joined the Dulcis staff team as an Event Team member, and worked his way to Event Manager and additionally joined the Media Team. Mashman has done a lot for the Event Team since becoming Event Manager and additionally gave a helping hand within other teams. Within November Mashman has worked very hard on the opening convoy such as, planning the event, inviting VTC's, training new Event Members and encouraging event attendance. We really appreciate Mashman for all the work and time he has put into the VTC.

Team Summaries:

Human Resources Team

As the majority of the Human Resources work is internal, it cannot be seen by the public. This will give you a slight insight of the Human Resources Team within the month of November. Human Resources has been working hard within the month of November hiring new staff and drivers, driver discipline, driver checks and a lot more internal work behind the scenes. The biggest change we have made to the Human Resources Team within November is a new role, "Human Resources Trainee". As a "trainee", you're on the first step of being a Human Resources member. As a trainee, you'll be required to do Human Resources work, with extra help and training from Human Resources and the leadership team. Within November we have recruited new Human Resources Trainee's and it's great to see a new addition of staff. We have also refreshed the Human Resources section of the Staff Discord Server so that information is more easily findable and a lot more cleaner to allow the Human Resources Team to work more efficiently.

Event Team

Event Management has been working hard throughout November planning our Christmas Convoy. We have hired an Event Assistant (VeTooo) to work alongside the Event Managers so that Event Management can be , so that the Event Team can work more efficiently. We have also hired more Event Staff, to ensure the Christmas Convoy will run as smoothly as possible. We're still currently looking for new Event Team members to join the team, so if you're interested feel free to apply within our Discord. Don't worry if you have no experience, as we can train you :)

Media Team

November has been a quiet month for the Media Team, although it was still been a very successful month with a lot going on behind the scenes. Within November, we released our first Radio Advertisement banner at Truck Stop Radio, credit goes to CaptainCat. The Media Team has also created a lot of awesome pictures, which can be viewed on our gallery. Media Team as also started attending our private convoys to get some Media Coverage. We're currently looking for new Media Team members to join the team, so if you're interested feel free to apply within our Discord.
