Christ-mas

Chris has been chosen for driver of the month due to the high mileage he has driven in such short time. For December Chris drove 70796km in just 12 days. Since joining Chris has been very active in Discord and TruckersMP offering to drive with other on a regular basis. We are glad to have Chris join us this month.

Staff Member of the Month:

Micaelinv

Since joining the media team Micael has worked extremely hard through creating a plethora of outstanding images for our VTC. He is always willing to help in convoys and always willing to help other media team members with editing and creating the best photos they can. He has produced some amazing photos recently that you can find here , taken in our Christmas convoy. Overall Micael is a great member for our team and we are especially happy to have him here at Dulcis.

Team Summaries:

Human Resources Team

Throughout the month of December, the HR team has been extremely busy in hiring new staff and drivers, driver discipline, driver checks and a lot more internal work behind the scenes. Our main priority of the HR team this month was focusing on our 3 HR trainees that have been working on learning and becoming familiar with the needed tasks. We are happy to say they have all done extremely well and all 3 have been promoted to full HR members. Congrats! Overall the HR team has worked extremely hard this month and we are very grateful for the members we have in this team.

Event Team

The Event management has been working on ensuring our Christmas convoy went smoothly and we are happy to say we had good attendance and overall it was a positive convoy. They have also been working on the upcoming January convoy and future convoys that will be announced soon! . For our Christmas convoy we had many event team members helping with cc and we would like to thank them for this. Furthermore we're still currently looking for new Event Team members to join the team, so if you're interested feel free to apply within our Discord. Don't worry if you have no experience, as we can train you :)

Media Team

In December the Media Team was rather busy creating new pictures for our Truckersmp Page to match the season, and with work in our Christmas convoy. We are grateful for all the media available for our convoy as without them we wouldn't have got the pictures we did. You can view these here. We're currently looking for new Media Team members to join the team, so if you're interested feel free to apply within our Discord.
