联运活动安排

在 TruckersMP 平台，每周五、周六、周日晚 8 点至 11 点会组织车队成员进行常规联运。路线选取热门的，像从英国伦敦启程，途经比利时布鲁塞尔，最后抵达德国柏林，借此让成员领略不同国家道路的独特风情与驾驶挑战。3 月中旬开展 “春日暖阳” 主题联运，届时车队成员统一换上有春天元素的卡车涂装，从法国南部出发穿越意大利，观赏沿途烂漫盛开的鲜花与秀美的田园风光。月底还有 “历史名城之旅”，沿着欧洲历史名城路线，例如罗马 - 雅典，成员们在运输途中能够了解欧洲深厚的历史文化。

车队管理优化

每周安排一次新成员培训，由经验丰富的老成员讲解游戏基本操作、联运规则以及欧洲卡车模拟 2 里的驾驶技巧，比如合理规划路线、应对各类路况等，助力新成员迅速融入车队。同时完善积分获取规则，参与联运活动、完成特殊运输任务、介绍新成员加入车队等都能获得积分。积分可用来兑换车队定制的虚拟礼品，像独特的卡车配件、专属涂装，以此提升成员的活跃度与参与热情。

新成员招募

在欧洲卡车模拟 2 相关论坛、贴吧发布车队招募帖子，详细说明车队的优势、活动安排以及加入要求。制作精美的宣传视频，展示车队联运活动的精彩片段，发布在抖音、B 站等视频平台，吸引

潜在玩家的关注。对申请加入的玩家进行考核，涵盖游戏内驾驶技术考核，例如安全驾驶、准确停车，以及对车队规则的了解程度考核。只有通过考核的玩家才能正式加入车队，保障车队成员质量。

与其他车队互动

3 月下旬会与另一支知名车队举办友谊赛，比赛内容设定为限时运输任务，在规定时间内完成更多高质量运输任务的车队获胜，获胜车队能得到对方车队提供的虚拟奖励，以此增进车队间的交流与竞争。还会邀请其他优秀车队的管理成员开展线上经验分享会，共同探讨车队管理、活动组织、成员留存等方面的经验与技巧，学习借鉴先进方法，提升中国鼎盛车队的整体水平。
