We are thrilled that you have expressed interest in becoming a driver at AKA Group! In this article, we will share some information about the whole process so you can see if you are ready :)

Your first step to become a driver at AKA Group is to submit an application via Discord.

Once you've done this, you can wait to be contacted by our recruitment team on our Discord server.

The HR member will inform you about the VTC recruitment process.

You can expect a 2-week Trial period during which you must prove that you are eligible for VTC.

During the trial period, you will have most of the same benefits as an official driver, but with a few limitations. You must also show that you are roadworthy in AKA Group colours.

One of the things expected from you during the trial period is to demonstrate your driving skills and be active in the community by registering jobs through Trucky and attending events.

We expect you to advance from the rank of Trainee Driver to the rank of Rookie Driver during your trial period.

Once your trial period is complete, you're ready to become a full-fledged driver!
