TurkishLine VTC Event Participation Rules:

§1 Time Rules: §1.1 Departure Time Event start time must be between 17:00-19:00 (UTC). Even if the departure times are different, 2 events on the same day are not accepted.

§1.2 Date Not 1 day before or on the same day as TurkishLine & Ponc Logistics official events. Not on the same day as TruckersMP official events. Should not create schedule congestion. **(For example: If we are attending the November 1st X Logistics Convoy event, your invitation on November 2nd will be declined.) Since the majority of the drivers in our VTC are Muslim, the dates of Islamic religious holidays should not be included. (2025 Religious Holidays: March 29 - April 01, June 5 - June 9)

§2 Route Rules: §2.1 Route Length For convoys, it should not have a route over 1200 Km. The maximum duration for events should not exceed 1 hour and 30 minutes. **§2.2 Route Publication The route must be determined and published on the TruckersMP Event page before the event invitation is made.

§3 Server Rules §3.1 Server The event must take place on a TruckersMP server. The event must be in Simulation 2, Arcade or Event server.

§4 Slot Rules §4.1 Slot If your event is 3 months away from the date of the invitation, slot selections must be published and slots must be available**. If your event date is 3 months away from the date of the invitation, your slot selection does not need to be published yet. (Our event team will not close the invitation ticket and will ask you to inform us when the slot selections are published).
