First step is to check our calender channel to see if the date is full. Next is to open a "Convoy Invitation" ticket in our Discord server to get a reply from our Human Resources team. Then, provide your Event page link, date, slot booking form or slot images so we can get a slot and the event server name. We need these to add your event to our calender list.
