Zależnie od zasług lub przewinień możemy te punkty dodawać lub je odejmować. Ktoś pewnie zapyta ale o co w tym dokładnie chodzi, a no jeżeli przyjmiemy że kierowca X wykonał trasę wynoszącą przykładowo 2000km to na podstawie automatycznej analizy z systemu Trucksbook otrzyma 2000 punktów, czyli defacto mamy przelicznik 1km = 1pkt. Sytuacja ulega zmianie jeżeli dany kierowca X przejedzie 6000km lub więcej, wtedy przelicznik ulega zmianie i mamy 1km = 1.2pkt. To jest jakby podstawa funkcjonowania tego systemu, ale punkty możecie również uzyskać przychodząc na nasze konwoje firmowe*** pod warunkiem obecności na zdjęciu po ich zakończeniu o co do was apeluję abyście po prostu nie uciekali za szybko aż do czasu wykonania tego zdjęcia, aby nie powstawały potem nieporozumienia***. Zdobywanie punktów wiąże się z odpowiedzialnością i godnym reprezentowaniem firmy, ale czasem się zdarzy że w wyniku niefortunnego zbiegu okoliczności osoba odpowiedzialna za przyznawanie owych punktów jest zobowiązana do ich odejmowania. Odbieramy je za rażące naruszanie regulaminu firmy lub konwoju oraz za bycie nieaktywnym czyli brak wykonywania miesięcznej normy kilometrów.

Ktoś może zapytać "Po co są w takim razie te punkty?" W naszej firmie nie ma nic za darmo, gdyż punkty te są sumowane na bieżąco co powoduje awanse na co raz to wyższe rangi kierowcy począwszy od Novice driver aż do Legendary driver. As an employee of our company, you can receive a virtual monetary reward for completing orders and driving hundreds or even thousands of kilometres, but we also reward you with a corresponding amount of points. Depending on your merits or misdemeanours, these points can be added or deducted. If, for example, driver X has covered a distance of 2,000 km, he will receive 2,000 points on the basis of an automatic analysis in the Trucksbook system, i.e. 1 km = 1 point. The situation changes if this driver X drives 6,000km or more, then the conversion rate changes and we have 1km = 1.2 points. This is kind of the basis of how this system works, but you can also get points by coming to our company convoys*** as long as you are present at the photo at the end of it, which I appeal to you to simply not run away too fast until the photo is taken, so that no misunderstandings arise later***. For placing in the Top 5 at the end of each month, as well as for participation in specially organised photo shoots, which will be used in various events or information, the appropriate number of points will then be a reward for the management's time, and we as the management know that it is very valuable. Points are deducted for blatant breaches of company or convoy regulations and for being inactive, i.e. not meeting the monthly mileage standard.

Someone may ask, ‘What are these points for then?’ In our company there is nothing for free, as these points are added up on an ongoing basis, which results in promotions to higher and higher driver ranks starting from Novice driver up to Legendary driver. This is in order to distinguish senior drivers from, so to speak, newcomers, who I think are very valuable for each company.
