We at RCS take bans seriously, before taking any action we ask to see the evidence provided with the ban so that we can fully understand why the ban was issued and if we believe it is valid, and has been given approximately.

We expect nothing but high quality standards from our drivers, so when a valid ban is issued it really disappointments us, as we expect everyone (including our staff teams) to uphold high standards.

If you've had an issue with one of our drivers or a member of our team, we kindly request that you open a ticket in our discord server to discuss this beforehand, and if necessary we can/will deal with the offender, and start disciplinary proceedings.

That being said RCS Trucking, cannot be held responsible for the behavior of it's members, as we cannot have fully control over every single driver.
