Hello Titan Express VTC Members,

Welcome to the August edition of the Titan Express VTC newsletter! This month, we have several important updates and exciting news to share with you. From policy changes aimed at improving our event participation to revised activity requirements, there’s a lot happening in our community. We also want to acknowledge the incredible efforts of our top drivers and address recent management inactivity. Read on to stay informed and motivated as we drive forward together!

1. Update on Event Policy

Dear Titan Express VTC Members,

We are excited to announce a change in our event policy to increase our participation rate at events hosted by other VTCs. Starting this month, we will only accept events on Fridays and Saturdays. This change is currently in a trial phase, and we will monitor its effectiveness over the coming months. We believe that by concentrating our efforts on these days, we can show stronger support for our fellow VTCs and enhance our community presence. We appreciate your flexibility and look forward to seeing you at upcoming events!

2. Revised Activity Requirements

In an effort to streamline our activity expectations, we have adjusted the monthly driving requirement for all drivers. Effective immediately, drivers are now required to drive a minimum of 500 kilometers per month. Despite this reduction, we will start to enforce activity more rigorously to ensure the vitality and engagement of our community.

Over the past month, our VTC grew to 64 members, but only 14 out of those 64 drivers met the activity requirements. Moving forward, we will be more diligent in monitoring and enforcing these requirements to foster a more active and dynamic environment.

3. Driver Achievements

We would like to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the outstanding efforts of our top 5 drivers from the past month:

• Velvex Vancreed: 21,561 kilometers
• NFSCarbono7195: 20,253 kilometers
• FreezeBuild: 16,087 kilometers
• psychopatch gaming: 14,358 kilometers

4. Management Inactivity

We would like to apologize for the recent inactivity from the management team. Many of us were on vacation, busy with work, or in the process of relocating to new cities. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.

5. Moving Forward

As we turn the page to a new month, we encourage all members to increase their activity and engagement within the VTC. Your participation is crucial to our success and community spirit. Let’s drive those kilometers and make Titan Express VTC the best it can be!
