The event will take place on Thursday, October 9, 2025, on a dedicated Event Server, bringing together VTCs and drivers from across the globe for a professional, well-coordinated virtual trucking experience.

Total Distance: Approximately 900 km (560 miles)

Departure: Kiel – Garage Depot (KA Logistics assigned slot)

Destination: TruckersMP HQ, Poland (Cargotras)

Event Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, all participants are required to follow these rules:

No Overtaking – Maintain your position in the convoy at all times.

Trailer Required – Every participant must haul a single trailer (no doubles, triples, or HCTs).

Follow Instructions – Obey all Event Staff directions during the event.

No Advertising – Refrain from promoting unrelated content.

Vehicle Restrictions – Cars and buses are not permitted for participants.
