VTC(ommunity) or VTC(ompany)?

The most obvious difference: Many VTCs today are structured more like communities without many (or any) minimum requirements, obligations, and fixed rules. CARGOLink is the complete opposite. We truly operate as a VTC(ompany) where performance, activity, and driving are at the core. A uniform livery & playertag for everyone and a clear structure set us apart. This is also reflected in the number of drivers. We always have 50-70 drivers on tour daily and cover over 1 million kilometers per month. Others may have over 150 members but only a few active drivers. We place great value on our team and the driving, so our focus is not on taking on hundreds of members/drivers who are inactive, have no connection/affiliation with the company and only want to show a loose affiliation to feel like they belong somewhere.

WesternBalkans or International?

The team is now international. CARGOLink was founded as a WesternBalkans company and for years hired only drivers from this region. At the end of 2023/beginning of 2024, due to the high level of interest, we opened our doors to international applicants. Today, over a year later, our drivers come from 3 continents, belong to 15 nations, and speak 11 languages, but they all share the same mission – moves forward. We are especially proud of our drivers who have been part of CAL for over eight years and all new and interested colleagues who are committed to contributing to the company's success! The drivers range in age from 17 to 41, with the majority being 20 to 28.

inside:CAL

You'll almost only find us on the road throughout Europe and rarely at events or public convoys. Known as a long-range company connecting Europe from one end to the other, we're mostly busy with our own activities. We also have an internal event and convoy system that's popular with our drivers, followed by a rich reward system, competitions, and gifts for successful completion. Some of our employees (1/3) even know each other IRL through our annual live driver meetings. We also have a fan community, various fan merchandise, maintain good relationships with everyone, and are continuously expanding our program.
