Hello everyone,

we are happy to announce that the work on our Kings Logistics Community Discord has now been successfully completed. Since Monday, 18 May 2026, we have been working intensively on renewing, improving, and restructuring our Discord server. Our goal throughout this process was to make the server cleaner, more modern, easier to understand, and better organized for everyone — including our community members, Kings Drivers, and Staff Team.

Many areas have been updated, renamed, moved, merged, or rebuilt with better structures, especially through the improved use of forum channels. This helps us keep important information easier to find while also preventing the server from becoming overloaded with too many separate or unused channels.

As part of this update, we focused especially on a cleaner category structure, fewer duplicate or unnecessary channels, better use of forum channels, clearer public, driver, staff, and leadership areas, easier access to important information, and improved media, convoy, support, suggestion, role, and permission structures.

Our Public Media Area has been improved so that pictures, videos, clips, and community media can be posted and found more easily. Clearer areas now exist for Kings Event Media, External Convoy Media, ETS2 / ATS screenshots, clips and videos, Photo of the Month, and Gaming & Other Media.

We have also improved our community support areas. The support-chat is now a calm and respectful place for members who need someone to talk to or who are going through a difficult time, while the help-resources forum contains helpful support resources and crisis hotlines sorted by country. At the same time, we want to make it clear that Kings Logistics can support as a community, but is not a professional crisis service. 🫂

Our suggestions system has also been improved and moved into a cleaner forum structure. Members can now share ideas for events, routes, driver improvements, community ideas, rewards, and Discord improvements in a much more organized way.

Our own Kings Logistics convoys are now organized more clearly through forum posts, making it easier to manage and find information for Monthly Convoys, Night Convoys, Charity Convoys, Partner Only Convoys, Special Convoys, and Anniversary Convoys. Each convoy can now have its own post with all important details in one place.

In addition, external convoys are now organized in a simpler and cleaner way. Instead of long and complicated posts, external convoy information now focuses only on the most important details, such as the date, meeting time, departure time, our slot, and the event page. This makes it easier for Kings Drivers to quickly find all essential information while also making the work easier for the Event Team.

Driver- and logistics-related information has also been improved and organized more clearly. This includes better structure around Driver Progression, the Level System, Truck Assignments, the ETS2 / ATS structure, Trucky-related processes, and broader logistics workflows.

For our Staff Team, a new internal Team Guides system has been created. This area helps team members better understand their role tasks, responsibilities, reporting lines, department structure, leadership structure, and what is expected from each role.

The Event Operations area has also been cleaned up and structured better. Important existing areas such as the Convoys Forum and Invite Tracker remain in place, while other event-related content can now be handled more clearly through dedicated workspace and text areas.

Our Media & Design area has been improved so that projects, submissions, and brand assets can be organized more clearly. Projects and files can now be handled better through forum posts, helping keep tasks, drafts, feedback, files, final versions, and brand assets together in a cleaner way.

The internal Leadership & Department Structure has also been improved, and the role and permission structure has been reviewed and adjusted so that members only see the areas relevant to them while driver, staff, and leadership areas remain properly separated. Small access issues may still appear after the update, and members should contact us through the correct support channel or open a ticket if they believe something is missing.
