Hello everyone,

we would like to share our official Kings Logistics Convoy Participation Requirements.

These requirements are meant to help VTCs, communities, and event organizers prepare their convoy invitations properly before inviting Kings Logistics to an event.

Our goal is not to make invitations complicated. We simply want to make sure that every event we participate in can be planned in a clear, organized, safe, and professional way.

For Kings Logistics to officially participate in a convoy, every invitation should include clear and complete information.

Required information includes:

• VTC or community name • event name • date • meetup time • departure time • time zone • server • starting location • destination • route information • required DLCs, if any • event rules • TruckersMP event link, if available • slot or parking information • contact person • Discord server or official contact method

Incomplete invitations may be declined or only processed once all required information has been provided.

Kings Logistics officially participates only in convoys where we have a confirmed slot or clear official parking information. If no slot, parking place, or clear starting position is provided, Kings Logistics may decline the invitation. For larger convoys, a proper slot or parking map is expected.

Slot booking or convoy communication must be handled through official and safe channels.

Accepted methods are:

• TruckersMP event page • official Discord server • direct contact with the event organizer

Kings Logistics does not use unknown external third-party websites to request or confirm slots. If slot booking is only possible through an external third-party website, Kings Logistics may automatically decline the convoy.

Every convoy must follow the official TruckersMP rules. Kings Logistics does not participate in events that encourage, allow, or ignore behavior that goes against the TruckersMP rules.

The event should be organized in a way that supports safe driving, respectful behavior, and proper convoy standards.

These requirements help us prepare better, avoid misunderstandings, and make sure that our Event Team has all important information before making a decision.
