车队以 以轮逐霄，以车拓疆 为核心口号，扎根欧卡2联机生态，以中国车队的身份驰骋欧陆公路。我们始终坚守TruckersMP平台规则，秉持规范驾驶、团结协作的核心理念，致力于打造有温度、有凝聚力的华人重卡联运社群，让每一位热爱欧卡的卡友都能在此找到同行的伙伴。

车队运营理念

本车队严格遵守TruckersMP平台交通规则与社区公约，将 规范驾驶、文明交流 作为底线要求；以 团队协作、互帮互助 为发展根基，老队员为新手卡友提供联运技巧、平台操作等全方位带教，实现无门槛入队、共成长同行。

玩法上以欧洲干线定点联运、跨区域长途货运为核心，定期组织欧陆地标打卡、特色路线跑图等休闲活动，拒绝强制内卷，让每一次驾驶都充满乐趣与归属感。

入队基础要求

1. 拥有欧卡2正版游戏，熟悉TruckersMP联机基础操作；
2. 认可车队理念与规则，入队后统一添加车队标签[CN ZX Team]；
3. 无恶意撞车、辱骂他人等不良联机记录，守规驾驶、文明交流；
4. 具备基础团队意识，联运时服从指挥、积极配合编队安排。

Dear all truckers in the TruckersMP community,

On this special day, we are honored to announce with sincere enthusiasm that China ZhuXiao Team has completed all the filing procedures of the TruckersMP VTC platform and officially settled in and set sail!

With the core slogan of "Chase the Sky with Wheels, Expand the Territory with Trucks", our fleet is rooted in the Euro Truck Simulator 2 online ecosystem and gallops on the European roads as a Chinese team. We always abide by the TruckersMP platform rules, uphold the core values of standardized driving and team cooperation, and are committed to building a warm and cohesive Chinese truck convoy community, where every trucker who loves ETS2 can find like-minded partners.

Team Operation Philosophy

Our fleet strictly abides by the traffic rules and community conventions of the TruckersMP platform, taking standardized driving and civilized communication as the bottom line; and regards team cooperation and mutual assistance as the foundation of development. Senior team members provide comprehensive guidance for new truckers on convoy skills and platform operations, realizing barrier-free entry and common growth.

In terms of gameplay, we focus on fixed-point convoys on European trunk lines and cross-regional long-distance freight, and regularly organize leisure activities such as European landmark check-ins and characteristic route driving. We reject forced involution and make every driving full of fun and a sense of belonging.

Basic Recruitment Requirements

1. Own the genuine ETS2 game and master the basic operations of TruckersMP online;
2. Recognize the team's philosophy and rules, and add the unified team tag [CN ZhuXiao Team] after joining;
3. No bad online records such as intentional collision and verbal abuse, drive in compliance with rules and communicate in a civilized manner;
4. Have basic team awareness, obey commands and actively cooperate with formation arrangements during convoys.

Team Vision

As a newly settled Chinese VTC team, we are willing to take heavy trucks as wings and highways as territories, leaving the wheel tracks of the Chinese team on the European territory of TruckersMP. At the same time, we will actively participate in community public convoys and cross-VTC cooperation activities, promote the exchange and interaction between Chinese truckers and the global community, and let the world see the demeanor and accomplishment of the Chinese team.
