Human Resources Recap of January 2025!

First of all, let's welcome the new members of the Human Resources team which have made a huge part of the HR role:

That being said, we would like to welcome everyone to a team effort in creating a news post for the first Human Resources Department recap!

With this being a new implementation within Pean Logistics, it gives us great pleasure to give you all more further information in regards to the VTC. All the jobs & events you have all completed, has made Pean Logistics what it is today, and we couldn't be any more grateful for what you all have accomplished and brought to the many years accomplished.

The Human Resources team, Managers and Supervisors have been working hard in the background, making sure applications have been dealt with to the correct detail. Team effort is within the team and dedication. Yet, our team work really hard to make sure the correct actions are taken the ensure our drivers are dealt within in a happy, mature manner.

So, for the first time in 2025, let's present and take a look at the recap of January internal information of Human Resources Department!

- Applications Accepted in January 2025: 74 Drivers

- Drivers been declined: 16 Applicants

- Drivers Terminated / Left / cancelled: 8 drivers & applicants.
