Human Resources Recap of March 2025!

Hello, good morning / afternoon / evening everyone!

With the third edition of our Human Resources Recap, we have some very exciting news to share with you guys. Pean Logistics has finally hit 500 drivers! We really appreciate all of the support that you've given us over the span of the VTCs existence and we hope you continue to do so for years to come!

Throughout the month of March, the Human Resources team has been hard at work ensuring the quality of our drivers is top notch. We've accepted, rejected and removed several people this month and handled lots of internal issues.

Drivers Accepted: 51 Drivers

Drivers Declined: 5 Applicants

Drivers Terminated / Left / Cancelled: 14 drivers and applicants

March has been fairly eventful, nothing too different in terms of numbers. We hope to continue to see more drivers come and less drivers leave for the future!
