Human Resources Recap for January 2026!

Hello everyone , we hope you all are having a good day/ afternoon / evening...

The year 2026 is here ! Yes, the year 2025 was a fantastic year here at Pean Logistics, we hope that this year will be even better than the last.

Throughout the month of January, the Human Resources team and many other teams has been hard at work ensuring the quality of our drivers is top notch, and our Discord server is a safe place to relax and talk.

We have welcomed to the Human Resource team a new member, this is our Beerie, and we wish him all the best in his new role.

In January, we held a lot of convoys both private and public, as well as the first Partners and Special friends convoy with our fantastic partners and friends, we also attended many Partners and public convoys that were held.

We also gathered the challenge team again, who started making new challenges for our drivers, and we hope that they are up to it, to create interesting and difficult challenges for us.

Also and unfortunately we had to remove some of the drivers from VTC, due to their inactivity in the last 6 months, both in VTC and on the Discord server itself.

✅️ Drivers Accepted: 31

❌️ Drivers Declined: 4 Applicants

Drivers Terminated / Left / Removed: 9 drivers and applicants

Removed due inactivity in 6 mo: 38 drivers

Throughout the month of January, we have been very busy dealing with applications! Pean is still steadily growing into one of the most populated VTCs in the TruckersMP VTC system and we're so grateful for all of you who joined us last month, and without false modesty, one of the best communities and VTC, where every driver feels welcome and that our VTC is like a second family to him. Without you drivers, this VTC would not be what it is today. Once again, we thank you all for that.
