Hello, we will explain how the Mariam VTC management team works

• Owner : Mariam is the one who builds the VTC team, coordinates the members in the Community Manager and Operation Manager role and is the final decision maker.
• Community Manager : Mariam VTC manages 4 discord servers in total. The most critical of these servers is the Mariam VTC guest server. In order to meet the requests and demands of the guests coming to our server, it is responsible for managing the tickets and the server quickly by acting in partnership with the Operation Manager. The most authorized person after the owner has this role
• Operation Manager : The person in the Operation Manager role is responsible for deciding the activities to be carried out on the Guest and Mariam VTC members server and coordinating the team.
• Human Resources : It is responsible for ensuring that all news and updates within the team reach our members. Any member who has any problem will contact this official to solve the problem
• Media Manager : Responsible for controlling the Media team and preparing visuals in line with the team's needs. For this role it is essential to use various adobe applications and create beautiful visuals.
• Media Team : Under the coordination of the Media Manager, they take photos for the team and share these photos on our servers. During this process, they are trained by the Media Manager to improve themselves in various visual applications.
• Recruitment Manager : This role is for people who have good people skills in the game. Due to their speaking skills and persuasiveness, they are responsible for recruiting new members to our team and managing the recruitment team.
• Recruitment Team : Responsible for advertising and promoting our team in the game. The arrival of new members is responsible for introducing the team to the members and making registrations.
• Code Manager : Mariam is responsible for adding new codes to the VTC Codes Discord server and making different trucks and trailers for each convoy according to the list. Responsible for making save files for events and making our team look nice
• Event Manager : Mariam is responsible for the save file of the convoys managed by our Event Control team and for all the work to be done at the event.
• Event Team : The best and most active drivers of the Mariam VTC team have this role. They lead the convoy from the front to the middle and from the back to make sure that our whole team has an enjoyable convoy.
• Mariam VTC Staff : All of the above officers have mandatory duties to perform when needed to ensure that there is no disruption to the team. All of our officers have gone above and beyond for the Mariam VTC team and I am grateful to all of them as the Owner for their continued sacrifices.
