We’re excited to share this announcement with you. As of yesterday, we’ve reactivated our Mariam VTC Ticket Bot with brand-new features and made it available for all our valued guests.

Our bot has been developed based on feedback from both our guests and staff team. Our top priority was to make it fast and functional. Now: • All opened tickets are saved with detailed explanations. • Management and event tickets are opened in separate categories, preventing any confusion. • As a team that receives at least 20 tickets daily, this structure helps minimize any potential errors from our staff.

In addition, our Mariam VTC Event Bot provides major convenience. By simply taking your event link, it automatically generates a detailed embed message about your event. Below it, you’ll find: • An Approve button • A Reject button • An Add to Calendar button

This system makes the process not only professional but also highly practical.

Ticket activity is already booming, and both our event and partnership systems are attracting a lot of interest!

We also want to give a huge shoutout to our beloved Robin , who developed these bots and saved us from chaos. Not only is he a brilliant developer, but he’s also the shining rainbow star of our community! Let’s just say he adds elegance to code lines and soul to scripts. Every line he writes says, “Here I am!” We’re lucky to have you—without you, our system would be strictly black and white!

We are deeply grateful, as a team, to our friend Harddead, who has played the most crucial role in organizing and recording all event tickets with great patience and precision.

Important Reminder:

We receive hundreds of event invites each month. For this reason: • We accept only 15–20 public events per month (not including our partners or internal events). • Depending on our schedule, this number may increase slightly to 25. • Our calendar fills up quickly, so invites received late often get declined due to limited space.

Some teams may notice we’ve declined their invite due to timing, only to see us marked as attending another event at that time. Please understand: for partners, we always mark participation—even if we can’t attend due to inconvenient timing.
