• As Mariam team, we answered more than 1500 tickets in 2024 and more than 1000+ members logged in and out of our server. Since it would be very difficult to respond to the demands of so many people in a professional manner without our bots, there were times when we used dozens of bots at the same time, we tried to keep disruptions to a minimum by assigning at least 2 bots to the same task in order to avoid a disruption in the server and we have developed ourselves enough to respond to all requests in 12 hours at the latest.
