Hello!

As Mariam VTC, we’ve been working non-stop since August 13, 2023, to keep this community alive and thriving. During this time, we've received over 500 applications, and more than 400 members who were not a good fit for our team eventually had to leave.

Due to this high volume of interest, we decided to implement a system that helps us get to know new applicants better. For over a year now, our registration system has included more than 10 detailed questions.

Some of these are classic questions—like which games or DLCs you own or which teams you've previously been part of. However, what matters more to us are the personal questions: your skills, availability, and most recently added, whether you have any disabilities or medical conditions.

Each question we ask is meaningful. We do not ask them out of curiosity alone, but to better understand you and adapt to your needs. For example, if English is not your native language and you speak others fluently, sharing this helps us provide announcements in multiple languages—because we want to make sure you feel included.

We’re here to support you and make you happy. Your religion, language, race, gender identity, or disability will never be a reason for discrimination at Mariam VTC. Under our roof, you can have fun and enjoy yourself without fear of bullying or exclusion.

From now on, you’ll see one new question added to our application form—and we may continue to add more as needed. If you notice anything missing or have suggestions for improvement, feel free to contact us either through this channel or by joining our Discord server. We're only a message away.

Also, our team is currently on a short break until the 14th of this month. During this time, we’re not just looking for new members—we’re also playing a variety of games together for fun. If you join us, we’d be happy to welcome you into the fun!
