Mariam Media Partnership Agreement §1 – Partnership Requirements §1.1 Transparency of Information All teams must share complete and transparent information with Mariam Media in order to maintain a healthy partnership.

§1.2 Blacklist Compliance You must not collaborate with teams listed on our blacklist. These teams have been blacklisted due to serious violations such as threats or harassment.

§1.3 Growth Potential Partnering teams are expected to be active, forward-looking, and demonstrate potential for growth and development.

§1.4 Promotion Obligation After each event, you are required to share the media content provided by Mariam Media in your server and promote our team accordingly.

§1.5 Mariam|Media Tag Additionally, it is mandatory to include the Mariam|Media tag in your event title. Otherwise, please be aware that we will not attend your events.

§2 – Partnership Benefits §2.1 Annual Video Guarantee We guarantee at least one video production per year for each partner.

§2.2 Event Photography Support We provide photography services at most events. While our media team is limited in size, we take pride in the quality of our work and confidently claim to be the best at what we do.

§3 – Terms of Collaboration §3.1 Structural Independence Both parties agree to collaborate while maintaining their individual organizational structures and identities.

§3.2 Communication Representative Each VTC should appoint an active representative for communication, preferably via Discord.

§3.3 Joint Events Joint convoys and events can be organized by mutual agreement and must comply with TruckersMP rules.

§3.4 Amendments Any changes to this agreement must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

§3.5 Termination Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

§4 – Confidentiality Policy §4.1 Confidentiality of Information All conversations, documents, and information shared during the partnership shall be considered confidential.

§4.2 Continuity of Confidentiality The confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the partnership ends. Such information must not be disclosed or shared with third parties.

§4.3 Breach of Confidentiality Any breach of confidentiality will be treated as a violation of trust and may result in appropriate consequences or actions.

§5 – Application & Authority §5.1 Application Requirements VTCs that meet the necessary criteria may apply for partnership.

§5.2 Evaluation Rights Mariam Media reserves the right to evaluate and reject any application at its sole discretion, without the need to provide justification.

Acceptance of these terms signifies your readiness to proceed with a partnership application to Mariam Media.
