§1 – General Conditions §1.1 Acceptance Statement Before inviting the Mariam Media team to your events, please make sure you fully accept all the requirements listed below.

§2 – Event Acceptance Rules

§2.1 Date and Time Compatibility If your event takes place on a weekday and the time is not compatible with our schedule, we may not be able to attend. However, you are encouraged to open a support ticket to check if an exception can be made for your specific case.

§2.2 Mariam Media Tag You are required to include the Mariam|Media tag in the rules section of your event. If our tag is not visible, we will not participate in your event.

§2.3 Event Page Poster You must display the Mariam Media poster on your event page to ensure proper visibility and promotion of our team.

§2.4 Evaluation and Media Delivery After the event, all media work will be delivered as a single package within a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on our workload. However, delivery will only take place if a thank-you and promotional message for Mariam Media is published in your server. Otherwise, the media content will not be delivered.

§3 – Application and Reservation Process §3.1 Readiness and Application Once you are confident that you can fulfill all the above requirements, you may proceed to open a ticket and request a reservation.

§3.2 Response Time Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with either a confirmation or a rejection.
