Molti pensano che in una VTC si viaggia, si partecipa ai convogli e solo attività inerenti al gioco. In realtà non è propriamente così. Un gruppo, come il nostro, cresce attivamente e si espande perchè dietro c'è un grandissimo lavoro di squadra nell'organizzazione e nella gestione dell'azienda. Dopo l'assunzione e il superamento del periodo di prova, si acquisice il ruolo di dipendente. Compito del dipendente è quello di rispettare le regole e i colleghi in azienda, nonchè garantire il minimo mensile di consegne. Se un dipendente dimostra maturità e passione, oltre che nel viaggiare, ad attività gestionali dell'azienda, tale dipendente può ottenere il ruolo di vettore. Tale ruolo si raggiunge solo se talte utente si dimostra determinato, presente e maturo all'interno dell'azienda, nonchè amante degli aspetti gestionali del gioco, oltre al semplice viaggiare. E' necessaria anche un certo livello di anzianità per poter ottenre la promozione. Ogni membro da noi è importante e qualunque competenza è fortemente apprezzata se si ha voglia di condividerla!
