Hello NOWTer's & NOWTies!
This month has been CRAZZZZYYYY with lots of updates to get through.

Let's start off with our Management Change-Up;

Our Management Change-Up consists of...

• jess.thetrain and richiethomasss.
• Our General Managers are FlidVicious and skyskywear.
• Our Media Team Manager is Stepke.
• Our Recruitment Manager is Fr!et..
• The Event Manager is jess.thetrain.
• The Community Managers are Rider and richiethomasss.
• Discord Team Managers/Discord Administrators are Rider and FlidVicious.

This is the complete management team within NOWT, for the first time ever.

1. Stones is given a well-earned promotion to join forces with Richie within Ownership within NOWT, to efficiently run things to their maximum potential.
2. We will be expanding our roster of Event Team Managers in the future, as we are looking to stretch the workload over more individuals than just Jess at this time.
3. Our Community Manager position is an External Role, and the recent recruitment within that role is an external staff member.
4. The recent Promotion of both Flid and Stepke has come of one with Hard work and dedication. Thats what we are working towards within NOWT - Promoting hard work.

During this month, we had applications open for the Recruitment Team. So far, we had only 1 person join us and that is TheFlynner. He has multiple experiences in recruiting and dealing with drivers, therefore, we've decided to hire him! We have been very pleased with his work ethic so far as well :)

Holy smokes! Our convoy in August had 83 drivers and 22 VTCs. Isn't that CRAZY!!?!? However, we had 151 Drivers who marked themselves as attending our event and while we didn't get all of you to come, we are so appreciative of your support!

You thought that was crazy, let's talk about how NOTW hit 100 Drivers in the VTC. We started 7 months ago and would have never thought that this day would come. We are so very grateful for the continuous support. Since hitting 100 Drivers, our Owners had something to say about this:
