After intensive work and many hours of testing and improvement, we are pleased to announce that our new ticket system is now fully operational! This is a major milestone for our Dream Project and we are proud to finally make it available to the community.

The ticket system was developed by our technical administrator, ComputerGamingYT, who was responsible for the overall implementation and technical aspects of the system. It allows us to manage requests, problems and support cases in a much more efficient and structured way. Every community member can now easily create a ticket that is forwarded directly to the relevant team. This ensures that no enquiry is lost and all requests are dealt with promptly.

What does the new ticket system offer?

  • Easy access and user-friendliness: The ticket system is extremely user-friendly and allows anyone to report a concern quickly - without any complicated steps. The clear structure ensures that everyone knows exactly where to start.

  • Real-time notifications: You'll receive real-time notifications when the status of your ticket changes or when the team leaves a reply. This means you are always up to date and can respond quickly to enquiries.

  • Automated ticket categorisation: Based on the topics and content of the requests, each ticket is automatically assigned to the appropriate category. This ensures that we can process all enquiries even faster and that they are assigned directly to the right team member.

  • Prioritisation of tickets: Thanks to the new system, we can now better differentiate between urgent and less urgent issues and process tickets according to priority. This ensures that really important issues are dealt with immediately.

  • Extended support options: With the new system, we can also offer extended support, such as a detailed analysis of technical problems or customised solutions for individual requests. You can be sure that your concerns will be handled with the utmost care.

A step in the right direction for our community

Our goal is to take communication and support in our Discord community to a new level. The ticket system will not only help to process requests faster and more efficiently, but it will also further encourage interactivity between members and the team. We want to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and where help is available quickly when it is needed.

We know that patience is often tested when it comes to support requests and we thank you all for the support and trust you have shown us. Without your feedback and understanding, this project would not have been possible.

Looking to the future

However, this is just the beginning. While the ticket system is now officially going live, we already have plans for future enhancements and improvements. We are continuously working on adding new features that will provide even more convenience and functionality.

It remains exciting and we look forward to working with you on further projects and continuing to optimise the system. We are convinced that this new system will not only improve the way we work, but also take the service for you, our community, to a whole new level.
