A while ago we had to bring the sad announcement of DOTM & SOTM being put on-hold for the moment, but now we can officially announce that it's back from now. Below we will present you the Driver and Staff of The Month

Staff of The Month: BudokanTB

Some more information about Budokan: Budokan has been in Prime Logistics since the 21st of January 2020, which is nearly 2 years, hard to believe! Since them, Budokan has gradually made his way into the position that he is in now, Director of Human Resources. He started off in the Examinations Team, into which he then had transferred into the Events team on the 8th of August 2020. Eventually, Budokan then transferred into the position of Human Resources in November 2020. From there, he went to Senior Human Resources and finally onto Director.

Budokan has shown a great passion for Prime and continues to work to the best of his standards even with the number of issues we have had within the past months of Prime Logistics. While it has not been easy on us, Budokan has been putting in the hard work to ensure that the Human Resources team continues in the correct path that we wish for it to be in. We cannot thank him enough for the dedication he has put in, and the kindness he has given to Management with our struggles.

Not only that but Budokan is also one of our most active drivers in Prime Logistics, with over 1,000,000 kilometres in game. This is incredible! Not only is Budokan able to keep up with the hard work in Directing a team, but he is also able to keep up with the time he puts in game! He also is apart of the Convoy Control team too so you would likely also seen him at our weekly convoys!

Driver of The Month: Xico26

Some more information about Xico: Xico has joined Prime exactly four (4) months ago and has shown great activity since then. Xico already logged over 40.000 kilometres, even with the current tracker problems he’s still logging his jobs manually. You might have spotted him in the drivers chat chatting with the other drivers, he’s a really nice person and is always open for a chat. Xico is showing a big interest into the VTC and is always representing Prime in the best way, we hope to see him in the VTC for much longer and can not thank you enough for all your effort you’ve put into Prime!
