Staff Of The Month

This quarter, awards were given out for October and November! December did not see a SOTM award as a result of our Staff Team having a break over the festive period.

October

Janek joined us in June 2022 as a Driver, his goal was to become a staff member and he joined us a month later in July 2022 as a Convoy Control Team Member. Months later, he joined the Human Resources Team in November 2022. Ever since then, he's been a loyal member who has done nothing but work as hard as he can. His contribution to this VTC has been going unnoticed! We felt that his dedication and passion for the VTC was more than enough reason for him to get this deserving role.

November

Sander joined the VTC in April 2023, with over 900,000 km driven and almost 1.2 million points. He joined us as a Staff Member back in August 2024. Ever since then, he's claimed 94 exams. I would say that's true dedication to our VTC. Not only are his Directors proud and amazed at his hard work, our Drivers are also happy whenever Sander comes in and claims their exams. His highest month was back in October 2024 with 39 exams claimed!

November’s competition was themed around Christmas, and Akira won with this lovely edited photo of a truck in heavy snow!

December

December’s competition did not have a theme, and xosho won with this photo of 3 Prime trucks in Greece!

Department Updates

With an extensive staff team, Prime’s operations run smoothly. We’ll give you further updates from some of our departments below!

Management

Look, it’s Q4 and already the end of the year. During Q4 we didn’t do a lot due to preparing for the holidays. We’ve gained and lost a few staff members but also opened up applications with the help of our Directors. While we didn’t do much, we still did our day-to-day operations up until we went on break during December - January.

We look forward to 2025 with lots more to come!

Driver Updates

In Q4 2024, our driver count increased from 860 to 948 drivers, a 10.2% increase! This is the first major increase in driver count we have seen for a while, likely due to the festive period and anniversary events.

On the Recruitment side, we received 356 applications, of which 256 were accepted. This brings us back in line to what we expect to see in our statistics, as Q3 saw a large decrease, but this has brought us back to usual levels.

Event Team

The highlight of this quarter for the Event Team is the anniversary convoy! We had 255 attendees, of which 111 were from Prime, an amazing turn out from our drivers! We hope you enjoyed everything we had in store for the anniversary, from the truckfest to the livestream to the convoy itself!

Convoys continue to be hosted Bi-Weekly on ETS2 and will continue for the foreseeable future.

Average Prime attendance at Prime Convoys was substantially higher than in the prior quarter. However, at public convoys, we saw a lower attendance on average compared to Q3.

Invitations to events continued to increase, seeing an 8% increase compared to Q3, 22% compared to Q2, and 25% compared to Q1! The acceptance rate was around 36% in Q4 compared to 40% in Q3, as a result of the increased number of invitations and limited number of days to attend events!

Our New Year’s Event is not included in these statistics, and will be included in our Q1 2025 statistics!

Development Team

It's already Q4 and honestly, we’re looking forward to what 2025 brings us! Unfortunately, we did not do much due to busy schedules in the development team. However, we did do our advent calendar which was a success! During December, we created a calendar where drivers could log jobs and get an entry to a giveaway of a Greece DLC, Nitro x 2 and Basic Nitro x 2.

We look forward to 2025 and have more to come soon!

Public Relations Team

Q4 was, as usual, an incredibly successful quarter for the Public Relations Team!

We hope you enjoyed what we had in store for our anniversary celebrations in October, ranging from the release of new modifications for our drivers, to email newsletters, to a new public site, to fun facts, giveaways and much much more!

Our X/Twitter follower count and like count saw a massive rise this quarter. This is because we hosted a giveaway on this page, resulting in increased interaction!

Facebook continues to be our largest grower percentage-wise, and we can’t wait to continue growing out this platform in 2025.

Media Team

Q4 was one of the busiest quarters for the Media Team so far! In October, we released 5 projects, from a Halloween skin to exam badge reworks, and finishing off with the release of our biggest project ever, the Prime HQ Map! We still have some big projects in the work coming out over the coming year, so stay tuned and take a look at our Q1 2025 roadmap found below!
