1. VTC Manager

Role Overview: The VTC Manager is responsible for overseeing all departments within New Era Logistics. This is a leadership role that requires strong coordination, communication, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and support all department leaders • Ensure departments follow VTC standards, rules, and operations • Monitor overall VTC activity, performance, and growth • Assist with internal improvements and strategic planning • Act as a point of contact between management and members

2. Event Manager

Role Overview: The Event Manager oversees the entire Events Department and ensures smooth planning and execution of all convoys and partner events.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage event scheduling and planning • Attend partner events and ensure New Era Logistics is represented professionally • Handle event tickets, signup systems, and internal reminders • Prepare convoy information and organise truck/trailer setups • Coordinate with media, drivers, and other departments during events • Keep everyone updated with accurate, timely event details

3. Media Manager

Role Overview: The Media Manager leads the Media Team and ensures all visual content is professional, creative, and consistent with New Era Logistics branding.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage all media staff (photographers, editors, video creators) • Capture high-quality pictures and videos at every event • Edit and prepare content for social media and Discord • Ensure media coverage highlights the VTC’s professionalism • Work closely with the Events Department during every convoy • Maintain the VTC’s visual standards and improve media quality
