Effective immediately, Thabang Mila is officially appointed as the New Era Logistics VTC Representative.

This appointment is recognized and enforced across all New Era Logistics platforms, namely: • TruckersMP • TrucksBook (kilometer recording system) • Discord

OFFICIAL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As the VTC Representative, Thabang Mila is authorized by Management to:

• Represent New Era Logistics at all approved public and private convoys • Act as the official liaison between New Era Logistics, other VTCs, and event management teams • Handle event invitations, confirmations, and attendance coordination • Represent New Era Logistics professionally on TruckersMP, Discord, and during events • Assist Management with TrucksBook coordination, including:

• Ensuring all drivers properly run TrucksBook
• Identifying and reporting missing, incorrect, or irregular kilometer logs • Communicate official instructions from Management when required

AUTHORITY, LIMITS & CONTROL

• The VTC Representative operates strictly under Management authority • No final decisions may be made without Management approval • No editing, manipulation, or falsification of TrucksBook data is permitted • Any refusal to cooperate or comply with platform-related instructions will be reported directly to Management

MANDATORY DRIVER COMPLIANCE

All New Era Logistics drivers are required to:

• Respect and cooperate with the VTC Representative • Follow instructions related to TruckersMP events, Discord coordination, and TrucksBook usage • Maintain company standards and professionalism on all platforms

Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action in accordance with New Era Logistics rules.
