With the Christmas season upon us, we would like to remind you of our inactivity rules. These rules apply year-round, including vacation periods and holidays. (Although during these periods, they may not be as strictly enforced).

Our inactivity rules are not very strict, so not doing jobs or participating in events, for a couple of weeks is not a big problem.

But we would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the guidelines outlined in our rules: That you must have participated in one of our convoys (internal or external) or logged at least one job on trucksweb every 3 months.

Our HR department, checks our memberslist every 2 weeks for members who are inactive for more than 3 months. These members first receive an email with a reminder that they are considered inactive and that they have to submit a job on Trucksweb (or participate in a convoy) within 7 days. Otherwise, the member will be removed from the VTC. We are happy to have them back in the VTC once they can show activity.

It is of course also possible to request a vacation, should there be a good reason, for the prolonged inactivity.

As you can read, you can enjoy the holidays without worries, to be removed from the VTC!

During the vacation period, we usually notice increased activity from our members on Discord, Trucksweb, and TruckersMP, as many have more free time than usual. We’re hopeful to see more jobs being completed and more people attending events! Our staff will be available to assist during this time, but please note that responses might take a little longer.

So we encourage everyone to make the most of this time, join in the fun, and be part of the action
