Guide to Joining Calm Cargo VTC

For drivers looking to join the Calm Cargo family, our application process consists of the following steps. Our doors are open to both experienced drivers and newcomers, and we present the process transparently and clearly.

1. Complete the application form: Step 1 to join Calm Cargo is by completing an application on our official TruckersMP VTC webpage, here you may find more than just a trucking organization but potentially friends for life.
2. Eligibility: Before applying, you may check out some fundamental requirements that is needed to be eligible. Such as game experience, TruckersMP rules and Discord usage.
3. Interview Process: If your application is accepted you will be contacted by our Human Resources team to arrange for a short interview. We are here to learn more about you and see if we would work well together.
4. Trainee Stage: After you have successfully passed the interview, you will be admitted to a trial period. During this time your relationship with the Calm Cargo team and performance will be monitored.
5. Full Membership: Drivers who complete the trial period successfully will be eligible to receive full membership in Calm Cargo VTC and will officially part of our team.
