We would like to inform you that Tamil Pasanga VTC is currently receiving a high number of duplicate event invitation tickets from different VTCs. To avoid confusion and unnecessary ticket handling, we kindly request you to follow the guidelines below before sending an event invite.

Read the Ticket Description Carefully Before opening an event invitation ticket, please make sure you have properly read our ticket description and requirements. Incomplete or duplicate tickets may be closed without response.

Check Our Event Calendar We have already implemented an official Event Calendar system. Please check our calendar before opening a ticket. If we already have an event scheduled on the same date, kindly do not open a ticket for that day.

Avoid Duplicate Invitations If you have already sent an invitation, please do not create multiple tickets for the same event. One ticket is more than enough.

Proper Planning = Better Coordination Following these steps helps us manage events smoothly and ensures better coordination between Tamil Pasanga VTC and other VTCs.
