This decision has not been made based on a single incident. Over the past several months, our VTC and its members have been repeatedly subjected to unnecessary comments, disrespectful remarks, and public discussions targeting our community. Despite previous attempts to address these issues through communication, such behavior has continued.

More recently, during convoy events and through TruckersMP Voice Chat, unrelated comments and unnecessary discussions regarding our VTC were once again made. Such conduct is not appropriate for a professional VTC.

Furthermore, it has come to our attention that certain individuals joined our VTC, remained active for several months, learned about our management structure, convoy planning methods, member management, and overall VTC operations, and later returned to Tamil Nadu Logistics. While every individual has the freedom to join or leave any VTC of their choice, trust and mutual respect are fundamental values within any community. These incidents have significantly damaged that trust. As a result, effective immediately:

Tamil Pasanga VTC has built its growth, unity, and professional standards through the hard work and dedication of its members. Our objective is not to create conflict with anyone, but rather to protect the interests, reputation, and well-being of our community.

Additional Statement

If information, ideas, or guidance regarding our VTC's operations, management structure, member management, or event organization are required, there is no need to send your members to join our VTC for the purpose of gathering information.

Our HR and Management Team are always available to provide advice, guidance, and share experiences through direct communication.

However, sending individuals to join our VTC with the intention of observing, monitoring, or collecting information about our internal operations is not considered appropriate and does not reflect the principles of healthy and professional relationships between VTCs.

We strongly believe that mutual respect, transparency, and professionalism should always be maintained within the TruckersMP VTC community.

The reputation, unity, and progress of Tamil Pasanga VTC will always remain our highest priority.
