  1. Head of Human Resources
  • Plans and manages all human resources processes of VTC.
  • It oversees employee motivation, performance management and communication processes.
  • Coordinates the overall work of the Human Resources team and ensures harmony among the team.
  • Creates work policies and manages improvement processes.
  • provides the support needed by members who have newly joined or are considering joining our team throughout the application, registration and adaptation processes.
  1. Head of Events Department
  • Responsible for the planning and successful implementation of all events organized for VTC.
  • Develops event strategies and works in communication with event managers and teams.
  • Provides regular reports and develops innovative ideas for events.
  1. Head of Media Department
  • Oversees VTC's visual, video and social media content.
  • Plans media strategies and ensures their implementation.
  • Develops projects to increase brand awareness and manages the media team.
  1. Head of Recruitment Department
  • Oversees all recruitment processes and ensures coordination within the team.
  • Takes part in the decision-making mechanism in the evaluation, selection and recruitment of candidates.
  • Develops and implements new recruitment methods appropriate to needs.
  1. Head of Developer Department
  • Responsible for the management of software, website and other technical projects.
  • Ensures the smooth functioning of the technical infrastructure and makes innovative developments.
  • Monitors the performance of the developer team and optimizes processes.

  • Conducts daily personnel management processes, reporting to the Head of Human Resources.
