1.6 Convoy Acceptance Rules Update

To ensure smooth organization and participation in convoy events, the following updated conditions must be met:

• Convoy Hours: Convoys can only be scheduled between 17:00 - 19:00 UTC. This ensures optimal participation and allows for coordinated timing with other events and teams.

• Convoy Occupancy Rates: For information regarding convoy occupancy rates, visit <#1309500558301728779>. If the requested month is closed for convoy recruitment, the convoy application will not be accepted. This policy helps maintain fair scheduling and prevents overbooking.

• No ATS Convoys Accepted: Convoys for American Truck Simulator (ATS) will not be accepted. This rule focuses exclusively on Euro Truck Simulator (ETS2) convoys, maintaining consistency in event management.

• Convoy Control Team Requirement: All convoys must be managed by a designated Convoy Control team. Convoys without a dedicated control team will not be accepted, as effective convoy management is crucial for a smooth and safe event experience.

• Logical and Fluid Route: The proposed convoy route must be logical and fluid, meaning that the path taken should be reasonable, with clear directions and a smooth flow. Complex or convoluted routes may result in rejection to ensure all participants have a seamless experience.

• Blacklisted Teams: Applications from blacklisted logistics teams will not be accepted. This policy ensures that only trusted and reputable teams are allowed to organize and participate in convoy events.

• No Conflicting Events: There must be no other convoy events scheduled on the requested date. This is to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure maximum participation in each event.

• Partner Team Priority: Convoys from Partner Teams will be prioritized and accepted first. Even if the specified month is closed for convoy recruitment, partner team convoys will be accepted due to the collaborative nature of these partnerships.

• DLC-Free Routes: Convoys requiring downloadable content (DLC) will not be accepted to ensure that all players can participate. Only routes that do not require map DLC will be preferred. However, this rule does not apply to Partner Convoys, which may have different requirements.

These rules are designed to create a structured and fair system for organizing convoy events, ensuring that all participants have the best experience possible while maintaining order and consistency within the community.
