BVAR Trucking Event Policy/Requirements

Here at BVAR Trucking we aim to you keep you updated with the event policy we have in place for you. Please have a read at this policy before opening a event ticket to avoid any disappointment.

We can accept your invitation for the following reason but isn't guaranteed

• The event Invitation must be in English
• The event departure time is not earlier than 18:00 UTC
• The event departure time is not later than 20:00 UTC
• Make sure you have a booking form for the event and not through another ticket in your discord, or allow us to deal it within the ticket in BVAR Trucking.

We will declined the invitation for the follow reason:

• The event must not be on an Arcade or Simulation 1 Server
• We're not taking any event on Friday.
• We will no longer be taking event from VTC discord account.
• If all information isn't provided, we can declined the event.
• We do not accept any opening/re-opening convoy at the moment.

Additional Information

• Please submit 1 invitation per event ticket.
• Please note we can withdrawal your event at any anytime.

Please do NOT send us event invitations outside our accepted months in the tickets, and do NOT send us invites through DMs. We have the right to close the ticket without warning if the invitation is outside of the guidelines. ===============================================================================================================
