Currently sitting 2nd place on Truckershub during this month—during a well-deserved "cooling-off" period after our massive community push for 1st Place i nthe first time in our history, mentioned in our previous recap when we smashed ridiclious amount of records, that were only made last December!— I’ve been looking back at our history, It’s amazing to realize that the journey we’ve carved out is nothing short of legendary, and to see the stable community we are today!

We started this journey hitting just 150k to 250k kilometres a month as a 10 member VTC. But we didn't stay "small" for long. As we grew past our Validation Status, we became an underdog VTC of only 48 to 60 drivers , and we showed the Truckershub world our spirit—battling much larger companies to blast past 1.5 million + kilometres and secure our first 3rd and 2nd place global podiums in 2 months in a row, We proved early on that NorthWind doesn't back down from a fight.

We had a few cooling off periods after our amazing pushes for 3rd place with 48 drivers with 1.6 million on May 2025, June 2025 reaching 2nd place with just over 1.7 million with 60 drivers, then, building for 5 months reaching casual driving limits anything from 700k-1.2 million outside of top 3 places, With more event focuses, community drives, and aiming to challenge for Verification what we had struggle to get even with our efforts, we kept that momentum rolling into December, where we went into pure grind mode to blast our old records and set a new standard for what we could achieve in the future. But even that was just the beginning of our consistent podium place's push.

Everything we built—every mile, every late-night run, every morning run, every meetup in the evening for a drive or a C-D, every singleplayer driver supporting, and even our casual drivers driving themselves enjoying there time, and every new recruit—led us to the mountain top in March. Going from 7th in January 2026 with 1.3 million, to achieve nothing less then 2nd place podium finishes with anything over 1.8 million in a month, and of course along side a 1st place that we hope to get again of course , it shows our natural activity as a steady growing community.

We didn't just hit 1st PLACE IN THE TRUCKERSHUB WORLD in March; we did it by smashing our all-time mileage record once again from December. It wasn't just the "grinders" this time; it was a total community effort with everyone involved to support the company with not a single driver over 180k, showing it went from grinders from 48-60 drivers, from 100 drivers, to now a total community effort, we should really be proud of our month of march, cause as the Owner I know I am impressed from where we have come as a VTC, and with our fantastic mileage statistics that absolutely everyone has worked hard for and assisted us.

Because of that grit from the past, averaging over 2 million twice and hitting that World #1 spot, we have pushed our career monthly average to over 1.1 million kilometres since the very start of northwind until now, Think about that: through every holiday, exam season, and our relaxing 700-800k months, averaging 150-400k at the start whilst we went from 0 drivers to where we are today, we have made it possible that we now average seven figures every month since Northwind Opened, averaging over a million kilometres a month! That really shows the efforts we put in to climb and reach that amazing margin we have Today, we are easily hitting 1.5 million kilometres minimum in a "chill" month - our "casual" pace is aiming to be higher than our old underdog records whilst we was actively grinding, from just us doing our normal C-D's, attending events, or just our normal Driving, what shows our activity as a growing group, Our Legacy, Our Name is worldwide globally known within TRUCKERSMP, thanks to all of us, and it'll only get higher and higher the more we grow and keep our fantastic 80% VTC engagement! To this very second and time and say that I have posted this news post, we are currenlty on 19,597,793KM in just 15 and a half months as a VTC

I couldn’t be more proud of the legacy we’ve built. From a 0 member VTC, to becoming a actively grinding from a 48-60-man squad to a 184-member global powerhouse, thank you for making NorthWind a name the whole TMP world respects. - It wouldn't have been possible without any of you here in Northwind today, Our drivers and staff are what makes us!

Lets keep building Northwind, this journey has been nothing but amazing, especially because of the drivers we have, who are fantastic and I wouldnt change them for anyone!
