1. General Conduct and Discipline

・Respect and Manners: Arguing, swearing, insulting, or engaging in provocative behavior with other teams or players is prohibited. In such cases, the member will receive 2 warnings.

・Ban Policy: Compliance with TruckersMP rules is essential. Members who are banned receive one warning.

・Reason for Export: Individuals who are banned twice in a row or for a total of three months will have their relationship with the team terminated.

・Politics and Religion: Engaging in political, religious, or racist discussions on the Discord server and within the game is strictly prohibited and grounds for expulsion.

・Personal Information: Leaking internal team meeting notes, routes, or private conversations is prohibited.

2. Convoy and Participation

・Mandatory Days: Convoys held every Saturday and Sunday are mandatory.

・Weekday Flexibility: If a weekend convoy cannot be held, the first convoy held during the week becomes mandatory.

・Activity Quota: Participation in at least 4 mandatory convoys per month is required. Those who do not participate will be demoted to the <@&1347959827950862476> (Inactive) role.

・Excuse Notification: Failure to participate in mandatory convoys without an excuse is grounds for 1 warning. Excuses must be notified at least 2 hours in advance.

・Preparation: At the convoy time, participants must be waiting in the gathering area with their vehicles parked and in photo mode.

3. Driving and In-Game Rules

・Vehicle Standards: The designated convoy paint scheme (skin) and mandatory accessories/modifications must be used.

・No Passing: Passing the vehicle in front (overtaking) is prohibited unless authorized by the convoy commander.

・Following Distance: A safe following distance (80-100 meters depending on lag) must be maintained with the vehicle in front.

・Speed Limit: The speed limit set by the convoy commander (e.g., 90 km/h) must be strictly adhered to.

・AFK Status: Do not remain AFK in the middle of the road on the convoy route. In case of emergency, pull over to the hard shoulder or grass verge.

・Accident Situation 1: In case of an accident, if the vehicle is drivable, use /fix to repair your truck and continue from where you left off.

・Accident Situation 2: In the event of an accident, if the vehicle is not drivable, press F7, check the route, and teleport to the next city without asking the convoy commander. Then rejoin the convoy by following the previous order. If the roads are blocked by the convoy control team, they should type /disconnect in the chat to go offline, exit the route, park in a suitable place on the hard shoulder or grass, take a quick save, type game (reconnecting to the game) in the console, and start waiting for us.

4. Communication and Platform Rules

・Tag Usage: It is mandatory to use the team tag within the game (Tab menu) and on Discord.

・Profile Settings: Profile pictures must be set to the team logo on TruckersMP.

・Voice Chat: During convoys, it is prohibited to engage in unnecessary conversation, play music, troll, or interrupt the person giving commands in the “Convoy Room.”

・Microphone: Even if you do not have a microphone during convoys, it is mandatory to be present in the voice room as a listener (do not mute yourself).

・Advertising Ban: Advertising other servers, products, or services via direct messages (DM) or server channels is prohibited.

・Complaints and Suggestions: Objections or complaints to the management team should be made via direct message (DM) rather than in chat.
