Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to remind every single member of BBD that you are never alone.

Life can be tough, and we all have moments where things feel overwhelming. But this club is more than just trucks and events. BBD is a family, and everyone here is family to one another. That means we stand together through the good days and the bad, and no one has to face anything on their own.

If you’re struggling, please don’t keep it to yourself. Reach out to someone in the club, shoot a dm to someone, open a leadership ticket if you have no one to talk to or even just join the VC, there will always be someone willing to listen and support you. And let’s all look out for each other too. If you notice someone a bit quieter than usual, check in. A simple message or chat can make a bigger difference than you might ever realise.

At the end of the day, trucks bring us together — but it’s the people that make this what it is. We’ve built something strong here, and that strength comes from having each other’s backs.

No matter what you’re going through, remember this: you are part of BBD, and you are never alone.
