As Sentora™ | Company, we are entering a new phase with the goal of building a more organized, more active, and long-term VTC structure. This process focuses on a framework where internal discipline, activity, and a strong sense of responsibility will be prioritized.

Convoys, events, and internal team activities will be carried out in a more planned and organized manner in the upcoming period. At this point, we expect all our members to show greater attention to compliance with team rules, convoy discipline, and healthy communication.

Activity has always been an important criterion for Sentora™. Members who regularly participate in convoys and events and actively contribute to the team will be closely monitored and evaluated accordingly.

The working structure of our Event Team, Recruitment Team, and Human Resources will also be placed within a clearer framework during this process. Our expectation from authorized teams is that they fulfill their duties actively and remain aware of their responsibilities. Authority is not just a role, but also a responsibility.

Our goal to build a stable and reputable VTC structure, not a short-term one. We will continue to move forward with everyone who embraces this vision and acts with this level of seriousness.
