On August 11, 2025, at 20:50, a new chapter in virtual trucking began. After 7.5 years of hauling under different VTC names, Aeroxbird took the leap and officially founded NextGear Logistics. What started as an idea soon became a mission: to build a professional, driver-focused virtual trucking company with a clear identity and strong community values.
Week One: Laying the Foundation
The first seven days were all about structure. The groundwork was laid, starting with: • Gathering the Board of Chiefs – assembling a team of experienced and passionate leaders. • Defining the company framework – roles, systems, and a strong operational base. • Designing the identity – creating a recognizable brand to represent on TruckersMP.
It was a week of planning, long discussions, and setting a vision for the future. Every detail mattered because NextGear wasn’t built to be just another VTC—it was built to last.
Week Two: Action on the Road With the foundation in place, the gears shifted into motion. The second week marked the start of active recruitment, reaching out across platforms to attract dedicated drivers. Social media campaigns, in-game promotions, and word of mouth began to grow the NextGear family.
But planning didn’t mean parking the trucks. The team joined its first major public convoy, proudly rolling with purple accents that symbolized our identity and commitment. Side by side, the fleet showed the community: NextGear has arrived.
Behind the scenes, the Board of Chiefs continued shaping the company’s future—brainstorming ideas like a custom job tracker dashboard, event calendars, and driver milestone rewards. Every discussion pushed us closer to creating a VTC experience that blends professional structure with the passion for trucking.
Two weeks in, the message is clear: NextGear Logistics is more than a name—it’s a movement. We build, we haul, and we keep moving forward. The journey has just begun.
