Event Information
You're all invited to help the residents of Flagstaff (Arizona)! 
Heavy snowstorms have hit the city of Flagstaff in Arizona this winter.
With the city's power plant slowly failing, emergency generators are urgently required. We will all gather in the city of Tucson before setting out on a scenic route across Arizona. Along the way, we’ll pass notable landmarks such as the Grand Canyon as we make our way to Flagstaff to deliver the much-needed power generators. Your help is much appreciated!
The event takes place on the 31st January 2026 at 18:00 UTC!
| Information
The convoy duration is estimated to be around 90 minutes, possibly a bit more if you're near the rear!
No breaks are scheduled, but you are welcome to pull over in a safe place if you require to do so!

| Cargo
We kindly request you to haul a power generator for this event. You can haul this with your own container carrier or one provided to you by your starting company.
You can use our TruckersMP Truck Delivery Dispatcher to select your cargo to any company in Flagstaff.

| Parking
You may park at any company available in Tucson with a no collision zone.
Depending on the capacity required we may block some companies off with signs and barriers, so ensure you head to a company that is open.
There is plenty of space, please do not park on pavements.
As for the destination, the Event Team will direct you to what company to park in.

Event Rules for Participants
- Participants must follow Event Staff instructions.
- Participants should park at their designated slots, which is any non-collision company in Tucson.
- Participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner.
- Participants must haul a trailer during the convoy.
- Double trailers, Triple trailers, HCT trailers and Heavy Haul configurations are prohibited.
- Cars including alternating vehicles are prohibited except for TruckersMP Event Staff assisting with the event.
- Buses are prohibited.
- Overtaking is strictly prohibited.
- Free roaming on the server is prohibited.
- All other TruckersMP rules apply.
Event Rules for Event Staff
- Event Staff can block junctions and roads approaching junctions in order to direct the convoy.
- Event Staff can park out of bounds. Providing this is on the ground and not on top of buildings or other inappropriate places deemed unsuitable by TruckersMP Staff.
- All other TruckersMP rules apply.
