Be respectful to everyone on the server. Insulting and abuse will not be tolerated.

Inappropriate, disrespectful, harmful and offensive content / language is not permitted. Profanity is allowed however not excessively. Discrimination due to race, sex, personal identification, nationality and similar will result in a permanent ban.

Do not spam. This includes but is not limited to messages, emojis, reactions, images, GIFs, tickets, and hopping between channels unnecessarily. If your query or concern has been answered in a ticket, you are not permitted to create a ticket for that query again in the hope for alternative outcome.

Advertising yourself is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to YouTube & videos, Twitch & streams, social media & VTCs. Advertising may result in a ban from media channels.

All channels have a description for their usage. Channels should only be used for their intended purpose. Media should only be posted in media channels.

Do not spread personal information about yourself or others, including but not limited to names, e-Mails, addresses, phone numbers & photos.

Do not attempt to contact TruckersMP staff regarding a punishment you may have received. Do not share ban / report evidence.

Discord Terms of Service & Community Guidelines are enforced in this server. This includes the use of BetterDiscord or similar, which is prohibited.

Your nickname must contain alphanumeric characters only, and adhere to rule §2.

Do not argue with moderators, instead raise your concerns to the management team.

Do not backseat moderate in the way of threatening users with punishments or acting like a staff member. Being helpful and giving friendly reminders is not covered.

English is the only language permitted.

Management reserve the right to ban anyone indefinitely from the server if deemed necessary.

You can appeal your ban through Dyno, and ban appeals will be reviewed by management. It is only permitted to create one ban appeal. Subsequent ban appeals will be either unavailable or declined.

Ban Evasion is not permitted. If you are found to be evading a ban, regardless of length, all accounts will be permanently banned. Using a new account to avoid punishment stacking.
