Discord & TMP Guidelines:

Please follow all the TMP Rules Please follow all the Basic Discord Guidelines Please use all the channels and Voice Channels Properly. Respect All members (VTC-Members or Non-VTC-Members) No Excessive Spamming of Emoji’s, Mentions, Images, Messages, Etc.

General Conduct & Communication:

Remember and treat every member with respect. Regardless of their Rank within the VTC. Please Refrain yourself from using discriminatory Language, or Behaviour based on Race, Gender, Nationality, Disability, ETC. Refrain from Driving Recklessly, Causing Distractions (Crashes), and Damage to other players on Purpose. Please Drive Responsibly & Carefully. Do not have any discriminatory names, Images, Tag’s, ETC while driving for Rose Petal Logistics Provide VTC Members with constructive feedback when appropriate and in a private & Respectful manner. Keep the VTC discord channels for the intended purpose and Refrain from spamming in said channels. Clearly Communicate intentions on plans during or before convoys and group events. Refrain from taking your anger or rage out on VTC members in both Voice and text channels.

Activity & Journey:

Inform VTC Leadership if you are unable to attend an event not long before it is about to start for Scheduled events. We recommend that you use tracking software such as TruckyApp and/or Virtual Speditor as a tracking tool.

Convoy Rules & etiquette:

A Speed Limit may be enforced for some or all convoys within the VTC. Some convoys may have a specified formation that must be used throughout the convoy. When an incident happens during a convoy let everyone else know so they are informed.

Joining, Leaving, & Requesting LOA:

Notify a Member of VTC Leadership if you are unable to attend a VTC meeting beforehand if possible. (Only Applies if you said you were going to attend in the first place) Try to provide sufficient notice for planned absence if possible. When you or a new member joins the VTC. Help them out and be kind towards them. All new members will be given an orientation by an authorised member of the VTC. Please let us know if you are Resigning/Leaving the VTC. All Members have 1 Week to Reapply with having to do another Orientation after they resign. Let a member of management know if you are planning on going on LOA or if you have to so they can approve it, If possible try to give as much notice as possible.

Incident Reports & Disciplinary Action:

We allow 2 days for an incident to be reported before it is disregarded from our records. Use the Report Application to Report a Member for an Incident that has happened and fill it in honestly and properly while also adding as much evidence. Please Look at our Warning System for the VTC (Stobart Logistics Warning System) to see what constitutes a verbal warning, Written Warning, ETC And how to appeal the Warnings.

Leadership & Decision-Making:

Try to encourage Cooperation & Collaboration Among VTC members. Try to set a good example for everyone regarding yours and their experience when driving. We Value Member input in our VTC and are also happy to hear new ways to improve and adapt the VTC to meet everyone's needs.

By Being a part of International Freight Logistics you Automatically Agree to their Rules & Regulations set by the Owners/Founders of the VTC, Please follow these Rules & Regulations as they are set for the safety of every single member of the TruckersMP Community.

This document is set to change at any time in the future without prior notice. You are responsible for your own actions during convoys and normal Trucking. If this document does change in any way we will Tell you after the fact and let everyone know by a Message within the VTC.
